What Did I Wear Today?
ENG: I got very inspired by Sopnet’s and Japan’s camo-trend. The innovative combining of elements in Sophnet’s “Camouflage”-collections made me excited about combining contrasts: military inspired camo pants combined with very formal and classic oxford shirt. The Visvim Virgils can be worn separately in a military inspired look as well as in a formal look, but also in their mix. They definitely are my new favourite shoes.

Sophnet describes in their catalogue the 2010-2010 A/W “Camouflage”-collection with the following words: “The camouflage was originally invented with its necessity, but it is now commonly taken to urban cultures as basic designs for “Art”, “Fashion”. … We take “Camouflage” not for military character but for fashion icon, and introduce the sophisticated coordinates that rise above the categories such like formal or casual.”
