A sneak preview of pieces that I have acquired recently.

Nike NSW Destroyer Trench Coat from the S/S 12 “Made in Italy” collection. “NSW design team drew inspiration from Rugby in anticipation of the 2012 Six Nations Tournament, re-imagining iconic Nike pieces such as the Destroyer and Windrunner jackets with an uncompromising focus on quality and performance. The collection is made in the same Italian artisan factories and workshops used by Stone Island and C.P. Company, using a refined blend of technical and luxury materials such as nubuck calf leather and Lanfranchi zips.“

Supreme Cotton Moleskin Work Vest from the F/W 11 collection.

Ann Demeulemeester Oversized Shirt with Longer Back from the F/W 12 collection.

Givenchy Varsity Jacket with leather sleeves from the F/W 11 collection.

Givenchy Cut-Out Sweatshirt from the S/S 12 collection.

Original US Army Mil-Tec M65 Fishtail “Extreme Cold Weather” Parka from 1983. “The two fishtail parka versions fell into the mod-era, the M-51 released in 1951 for the Korean war, and the lighter M-65 edition associated with the 1965 escalation of the Vietnam War. Since Quadrophenia by The Who was both a musical cultural phenomenon and a film phenomenon, the fishtail parka’s appearance on the album cover and movie poster assured it became an icon in men’s outerwear.” -Garment Library by Denham
